Creando Comunidad trains Latinx community health workers to become Promotoras, empowering them to serve as grassroots health advocates. These dedicated individuals come together monthly to deepen their understanding of various public health subjects. Upon completion of the program, they are not only better equipped to address health challenges in their communities but are also positioned for valuable employment opportunities.
